In order to provide a foundation for the continuing analysis of
Moscow air defenses, a detailed survey of KEYHOLE photography of
SA-1 SAM sites surroundi;lg the city has been undertaken under NPIC
Project JN-212/62. This .report, a partial answer to CIA requirement
C-RR3-80375, covers the sites in the southeast quadrant (li figure 1).
The sites in the northeast quadrant are covered in NPIC/R-64/64,
in the southwest in NPIC/R-71/64, and in the northwest in NPIC/R-81/64.
For each site a photol;raph is provided, significant changes since
the first KEYHOLE coverage are noted, and all KEYHOLE photographic

US Air Target Charts (USA'I'C), Series 200, secondedition. No informa-
tion derived from other photography or collateral sources is included.
