TECHNICAL SECTION: Located 1,100' NE of
launch site. Contains one bldg 190' x 60' and
several smaller bldgs. The large bldg normally
referred to as the fifth bldg at other soft IRBM
sites is not centrally located and thus is shown
in technical section.
ADMINISTRATION & HOUSING SECTION: Lo-
cated approx 3,240' E of launch site. Approx 31
bldgs. Small area on N edge of Administration &
Housing Section contains one bldg 210' x 60', one
bldg 180' x 60', one 120' x 50', one 60' x 30'.
Main area contains 9 bldgs 130' x 55', one drive-
in bldg (120' x 50'), 2 bldgs approx 60' x 50', one
bldg 75' x 55', one 140' x 75', and 13 smaller
bldgs.
Probably Vainode railyard, 8.6 nm SW from
launch area. Road connection to launch area.

SECURITY: Double fence
COMPONENTS: Available photography presents
only a faint outline of the hard launch site in a
midstage of construction. The southern launch
silo appears as an upright square column with
a black object in the center. The other launch
silo and the silo normally located to the rear of
the control bunker are not clearly discernible;
however, much construction activity is evident
at each of their normal locations. The access
road enters the launch site on a 275? azimuth.
