This report is one in a series on Soviet Ground Force and Logistic
installations being prepared for a DIA/CIA Panel. The series is being
coordinated, published and disseminated by NPIC. The photographic
,analysis is being performed by the NPIC Photographic Analysis Group,
the CIA Photographic Intelligence Division (NPIC), and the Production
Center IPlc (DIA). The photographic analysis for this particular re-
port was performed by the Production Center IPlc.
In the interest of uniformity, the titles and letter designators for
the facilities observed at these installations are identical with those
appearing in the project requirement. When a specific facility is not
observed both its title and letter designator are omitted in the report.

and Storage Depot are located in the outskirts
of Vladimir Volynskiy (Figure 1) and are as-
sociated with a training area 2 kilometers (km)
north of town.
The installation (Figures 2 and 3) includes
3 single-story barracks, 3 administration build-
ings, 25 storage buildings, 18 support buildings,
one motor storage building, and one motor
maintenance building. A radio station is adjacent
to this area. The Storage Depot includes one
administration building, one motor maintenance
Railroad Service
A single rail spur serves the storage depot.
Road Service
cloth installations are located adjacent to the
main highway and have good all-weather roads.
Administrative and Troop Housing Areas
Area D1 contains three single-story bar-
racks, two single-story administration build-
ings, 1.3 single-story storage buildings, and
eight single-story support buildings.
Area D2 contains one T-shaped adminis-
tration building, 12 single-story storage build-
ings, 10 single-story support buildings, one
110- by 60-foot motor storage building, and
building, 15 storage buildings, 14 supportbuild-
ings, and four POI, tanks.
The depot is served by a sidingoffthe main
rail line and also has a good access road to the
main highway. The barracks area has nodirect
rail facilities, but it is located one kin south of
the main rail line and adjacent to the main
highway to Hrubieszow (Poland).

Area F contains
15 single-story storage
buildings, one single -story administration build-
ing, 13 single-story support buildings, and a 90-
by 40-foot single-story motor maintenance
building.
POL Storage Area
Area G contains one support building and
five tanks, two 40 feet in diameter, two 20 feet
and one 15 feet in diameter.
