This wall secured storage installation with a
guard tower at each 4 corners is 6.5 nm SSE of
Kuei-yang and covers approximately 37 acres
(Figure 1). It is road and rail served, with 2
dead-end rail spurs each 980 feet long. `I'wenty-

x 35 feet), 6 storage/packaging buildings (from
95 x 55 to 60 x 25 feet), a water reservoir, a
water tank, 2 truck loading docks, 8 support
buildings, and an open storage area of 80,000
sq ft containing drums and packaged items.
The variety of tank sizes and open storage
indicates many types of POL products are stored
in this apparently active installation.
