The series is being coordinated, published and disseminated by NPIC. The photographic analysis is being performed by the NPIC Photographic Analysis Group, the CIA Photographic Intelligence Division (NPIC), and the Production Center 1Pla (DIA). The photographic analysis for this particular re- port was performed by the NPIC Photographic Analysis Group. In the interest of uniformity, the titles and letter designators for the facilities observed at these installations are identical with those appearing in the project requirement. When a specific facility is not observed both its title and letter designator are omitted in the report. Titles and letter designators for the various facilities are as follows: (A) railroad service, (B) road service, (C) landing strips, (D) administrative and troop housing areas, (E) storage areas, (F) am- munition storage areas, (G) POL storage areas, (H) other buildings and facilities, (J) equipment storage/maintenance areas, (K) athletic fields, (L) small arms firing ranges, (M) driver training areas, (N) tank/ assault gun firing ranges, (P) flat trajectory firing ranges, (Q) artillery emplacements (batteries), (R) infantry or combined arms field train- ing area or courses, (S) special training facilities, (T) unidentified facilities or tracking activity. The installation covers approximately 56 acres and contains 5 administration/classroom buildings, 4 multistory barracks, 3 probable officers/ dependents quarters, 7 storage buildings, 2 vehicle sheds, one vehicle storage/maintenance shed, one equipment maintenance shed, 2 equip- ment storage sheds, 1 large hangar-type build- ing, and 16 support buildings (Figures 2 and 3). Training facilities include a small-arms firing Administrative and Troop Housing Areas Area D1 contains 3 large multistory bar- racks. Area D2 contains 5 administration/class- room buildings and 3 small support buildings. Area D3 contains 3 probable officers/ dependents quarters and 4 support buildings. Area D4 contains one multistory barracks and one support building. General Storage Areas Area El contains 3 storage buildings. Area E2 contains 4 storage buildings. POL Storage Area A POL storage area (not shown on Figures 2 or 3) located 1.5 kilometers (km) south- southeast contains 3 large, 2 medium, and 6 small storage tanks. Other Buildings and Facilities Area H contains one large hangar-type building possibly utilized for mechanic training. INSTALLATION Equipment Storage/ Maintenance Areas Area J 1 contains one 435- by 30=foot vehicle shed, one L-shaped vehicle shed, 255 by 45 feet with a 195-by 30-foot wing, one 225- by 45-foot vehicle storage /maintenance shed, and 3 support buildings. Area J2 contains two 195- by 40-foot equip- ment storage sheds, one 100- by 40-foot equip- ment maintenance shed, and 4 support buildings. Two SS-IA Scunner Missiles on trans- porters, 2 SS-2 Sibling Missiles on transporters, 30 artillery pieces, 4 ATT prime movers, and 175 vehicles were observed in the area on Area K is an athletic field with an associated support building. Small-Arms Firing Range Area L is a 700- by 20-foot small-arms firing range. Special Training Facility Area S contains 6 vehicle /equipment re- vetments probably used for local training.
