PROBABLE ARTILLERY REGIMENT, PYONGYANG, NORTH KOREA
A probable artillery regiment is newly
identified 12 nautical miles northeast of
Pyongyang at 39-10-25N 125-55-50E on photog-
raphy of (Figure 1). This is
the first regimental-sized unit in North Korea
to be identified solely from photography.

The probable artillery regiment is
dispersed through four adjacent valleys and
includes three probable artillery battalion
areas and a headquarters and support area
(Figure 2). Each of the battalion areas con-
