is based on the "Specification of a Chip Format Printer",- dated 7 July 1965, which
was transmitted to your office on 21 July 1965, (Ref: LJC 230-1445).
Transmitted herewith for your assistance in the evaluation of this Proposal
is a Cost Breakdown Worksheet.
Delivery of the Chip Format Printer to your facility can be accomplished
twelve (12) months from the start date of Phase II, at which time we would need
thirty (30) days to install and perform an acceptance test. Please note that this
,'roposal considers that the drawings to be supplied will be best, commercial and
the operation and maintenance manual will also be best commercial. This Proposal
also assumes that you will furnish as GFE a teletypewriter.
