PROBLEM: Payment of revised overrun costs incurred by

FACTS: Original proposal dated 10 January 1962 from ,

DISCUSSION: During the manufacture of this enlarger, various changes were sugge:;ted
by the contract monitor and incorporated into the instrument. An initial estimate

The Office of Logistics has now completed an audit of the contract and has
agreed that a cost of is a. legitimate settlement fee. Action on this
contract through the TDC is now requested for settlement of the overrun.
