Reference is made to Contract No. " which has an 25X1A
expiration date of 17 August 1962,
By your letter of 3 August 1962 you indicate that
the subject Contract will now be completed by 28 September
1962.
It is our understanding that additional time is
required to complete the final report. This will serve
as Contracting Officer's authorization to extend the
completion date of the subject Contract to and including
28 September 1962 R
This extension of time shall not affect the total
estimated cost of the subject Contract.
Please indicate your acceptance of this Supplemental
Agreement No, 3 by the execution of all three copies hereto,
the original and one copy to be returned to the Contracting
Officer and the remaining copy retained for your files.
