1. On 17 and 18 August 1959 the undersigned visited thee
et
etr ee ng awings for the HTAA continuous film and
paper processor under contract with this firm. Approximately
80% of the drawings were approved for plant manufacture which
included all of the major items.
2, This processor will incorporate many advanced design
features which will make it possible to process both thin base
and regular base film as well as non-water proofed paper in
roll form in widths from 70 a.m. to 91 ". The processor has been

3, The contract is proceding slightly ahead of original

5. This method of rectification is a major advance in
"the state of the art" in this field. All of the severe
limitations of optical rectification are elimin*ted in the
electronic approach. The present system is producing 20-30
