1. Th,e Contractor-shall provide all of the manpower, facilities,
services, and materials required to accomplish the GEMS Development
Program described in Section 3.0 of its Proposal entitled "Engineering
Report No. 8145'.', in accordance with the overall provisions of said
groposal. The Contractor's Proposal referred to above is on file with

this Task Order by reference.
2. Anticipatory Costs. All costs which have been incurred by
the Contractor on and after 3 January 1966 in anticipation of and
prior to the signing of this Task Order No. 8 and which if incurred
after the signing of this Task Order would have been considered as
allowable cost hereunder will be accepted as cost under this Task
Order.
It is agreed and understood that us"age of equipment and
facilities built and/or furnished under Task 1 and 2 of ~ is
allowed on a rent-free-basis.
