1usified meeting many-of the papers presented were not rel;Ated
even r-tely, to the work of MC. It seems as if the papers
rsented at such unclassified meetings all fall into one of two
distinct ,u rings. Zither they are extemely elementary and basic,
or, in a few eases, they are quite detailed but they cover in great
detail some highly specialized subject like "Passive Microwave Deter-
aenations of Bmw Wetness Factors" with many charts diagrams,,
mstbetic formulas,, etc. A complete transcript of each of the
piers will be distributed later to all attendees. A person really
interested in one or more of the subjects covered can get as much or
re f reading the transcript as he can from attending the meetings.
I will concede, however, that benefit can be derived from the
"*=tacts" made at such meetings.
