1. AUTHORITY: Pursuant to the provisions of subject Contract and effective
as of a n you are authorized to proceed with the performance
of this Work Order No. 2._
2. SPECIFICATIONS: The scope of the work to be performed under this Work
Order and such additional provisions as may be applicable are set forth in the
attached Schedule. Unless you indicate to the contrary within ten (10) days from
receipt hereof, you will be considered as having agreed to the feasibility and
completeness of this Work Order and to have in all respects accepted same for prompt
performance.

a. Fixed Price: The total negotiated fixed price for Contractor's
standard off-the-shelf items as indicated in the attached! Schedule has been
established at . Payment for such fixed price items may be
made upon acceptance by the Government of the4i.tems involved and upon receipt of
your invoice. The prices charged by the Contractor for standard off-the-shelf items
is (are) not in excess of that (those) charged to the publiic or other Government
agencies for like quantities of similar equipment. Unless specified otherwise in the
Schedule, the fixed price item(s) hereunder, if any, is (are) priced f.o.b. the
Contractor's plant. It is understood that the Contractor shall ship the said item(s)
prepaid to the consignee, risk of loss or damage in transit remaining with the
Contractor for such transportation costs when billed as a'separate item supported by
a~oopy of the prepaid carrier's bill.
b. The estimated price for the performance of this Work Order shall be
. The said price for the repair and overhaul of the items
shall be based upon the negotiated time and materials rates set forth in subject
Contract. It is understood and agreed that you will segregate costs for each Work
Order. If you find that there is to be a substantial difference in the. estimated
price for the Work Order, as issued, and those actually to be expended in the
performance thereof, you shall so advisethe Contracting Officer and refrain from
incurring any excessive costs until you have received the approval of the Contracting
Officer to do so.
c. The technical non-personal services on an "Ord CALL' basis will be
provided by the Contractor at the rate(s) set forth in subject contract.
4. GENERAL: It is specifically understood that this Work Order does not change
or modify the terms and conditions of or the amount of funds obligated under the
subject Contract as any such changes or modifications arejexpressly reserved for
bilateral executed, contractual amendments thereto.
5. PACKING AND PACKAGING: Unless otherwise specified in the Schedule, packing
and packaging shall be in accordance with standard commercial practice for domestic
shipment, as set forth in the Uniform Freight Classification for commercial practice
to :assure arrival at destination in serviceable condition.

6. MARKINGS: No markings shall be applied on any interior packing material
or containers of exterior or such container(s) that would identify the Purchaser.
Further, no markings sha be applied on any interior packing material or container
that would identify the consignee.
7? INSPECTION: Inspection during the course of performance of work authorized
hereunder may be made by the technical representative(s) of the Contracting Officer
In any event, final inspection and acceptance of any deliiverable items shall be at
consignee destination as may be specified.
8. SECURITY REQUIREMENTS: The item(s) per se under this contractual document
(are) UNCLASSIFIEA.
The association of the sponsor with the item(s) being procured hereunder is (are)
classified SECRET. This classified information shall be divulged only on a "need-to-
know" basis and then only to those who have been authoriz in writing by this
Government component to have access to classified information. Correspondence
originated by the Contractor and/or address of the Contracting Officer, shall be
stamped by you with the classification of SECRET.
