This letter is to inform you that in response to your invitation, we are now
preparing a briefing for your group on the subject of our work in image
analysis of color materials. We are planning a presentation that will be
from thirty to forty-five minutes long, utilizing 35 mm slides for briefing
aids. If you desire any change. in these plans, please don't hesitate to
call me.
For your information, our present budget estimate is or the briefingSTATINTL
and consultation services on this effort. We would appreciate reimbursement
of this amount if this is possible. I would like to emphasize that we consider
your invitation a significant opportunity for our company to present the results
