1. Reference A was handcarried to you early this week when
you were briefed on the subject probletn'area..
2. Reference B is forwarded herewith for your action to
obtain proper funding action.
3. The probable total funding needed was listed in Reference
A as I according to the last proposal. This price will
probably increase with time delays.
4. Funding to purchase the five Chip Comparators has in the
past been charged to Class 31 funds. Since a quantity of five is
involved, this is limited production and not a prototype or R&D
item.
