A. CURRENT STATUS
Unit No. 1 - Tray wiring and panel wiring have been completed.
Unit No. 2 - Tray wiring and panel have been started.
As per customer agreement, an optical comparator was bought to complete
the transport assembly on schedule. System debugging has been started
on schedule, but it is being hindered by the lack of film for all format types.
B. PROJECTED WORK
1) Completion of transport debugging
2) Completion of electrical assembly debugging
3) Completion of acceptance testing
4) Ship Unit No. 1
Unit No. 2:
1) Complete panel and tray wiring
2) Complete optical assembly
3) Complete electrical assembly
Start work on technical manuals.

Testing with "Live" film will begin on 4-22-67. Unless the six formats
listed under C-2 are received by then, the part of the tests pertaining to
them will not be performed before the unit is shipped.
Similarly, only partial tests can be performed with the film supplied for
format 12.
If it is desirable to test the omitted formats at a later date, at the customers
facilities, an increase in contract price is anticipated.

A. CURRENT STATUS
All connectors have been received, although one week late. The succeeding
critical tray wiring activity of six weeks has started and is expected to be
completed within five weeks, thereby absorbing any other potential slippage.
No problem is anticipated since there is a technician activity where over-
time may be scheduled as required.
The two rewinders have been received two weeks ahead of schedule.
Fabrication of the transports for Units No. 1 and No. 2 have been completed
on schedule. Panel wiring on Unit No. 1 has started on schedule.
B. PROJECTED WORK
Unit No. 1 - Tray and panel wiring will be completed. Electrical assembly
will be completed.
Unit No. 2 - Tray wiring will start
A test film is required from the Customer by March 24th if the present STATINTL
Fairchild delivery schedule is to be complied with. This date will be the
final debugging period for Unit No. 1 in preparation for Acceptance Testing.
