A. CURRENT STATUS
During September, card fabrication and transport fabrication were started on
schedule. An ECP, covering format changes, excess wander sensing, off-line
rewinder and manual data input to magnetic tape was submitted.
It is anticipated that approval of the ECP will be forthcoming prior to October 15,
1966, so that costs and delays will not increase beyond those quoted. If approval
is not forthcoming by November 1, 1966, rework of existing equipment may be
necessary.
FCIC delivery schedule is within the contract requirements.
B. PROJECTED WORK
PC cards and flatpacks will be received. Supplementary logic and transport
designs will be completed. Fabrication of the base plate will be completed.
Revised wiring list will be started.
