SUBJECT. Delay in Larr-Pigmi Delivery

received a phone call from of STATINTL
can August 1961. stated that the STATINTL
Larrr-Pigmi delivery date was delayed for three veeks, i.e. un-
til 29 August 1961. The reason for the delay is that in the
Pigmi there is an interference noise that cannot be eliminated
from four switches in the read-out drawer. -advised STATINTL
o send a letter to the contracting officer ex-
plaining the entire situation.
