C. STATINTL The manner in which proposes to perform the services under this program is defined in the red by dated "em ova "r6 1 submitted as Enclosure (1). The Cost breakdown attached hereto has been prepared in accordance with the statement of work as outlined in the enclosed specification. Is located in an area currently designated as a labor surplus 1.2 CONDITIONS OF THE PROPOSAL Performance in accordance with the statement of work as defined In the enclosed specification dated 20 November 1961. Delivery F.O.B. Washington. 2 5, D. C. 163 days from authority to proceed. Installation and tests to be completed 240 days from authority to proceed. to be provided free and clear access to installation site 8 hours per day, 6 days per week. All plumbing, electrical and gas facilities to be installed complete prior to start of installation. All painting, and finish of the Installation sitewiilll be(~completed by others.
