1 1 INFORMATION REGARDING THE PRICE PROPOSAL STATINTL
The cost breakdown information submitted herewith represents the -
STATINTL firm-fixed-price proposal for the design, fabrication and install-
ation of the Photo Chemical Storage and Supply System to be installed in
Naval Weapons Factory, Washington 25, D. C.

the statement of work as outlined in the enclosed specification.

1.2 CONDITIONS OF THE PROPOSAL
Performance in accordance with the statement of work as defined In the
enclosed specification dated 20 November 1961.
Delivery F.O.B. Washington. 2 5, D. C. 163 days from authority to proceed.
Installation and tests to be completed 240 days from authority to proceed.
to be provided free and clear access to installation site
8 hours per day, 6 days per week.
All plumbing, electrical and gas facilities to be installed complete prior to
start of installation.
All painting, and finish of the Installation sitewiilll be(~completed by others.

Preliminary inspection and tests shall be conducted at the
Plant with final inspection and acceptance at destination.
1.4 PACKING AND MARKING
Packing and marking shall be in accordance with .contractors standard.

1 5 OVERHEAD & GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE RATES
The contractor is under the cognizance of the United States Naval Area
Audit Office, Los Angeles California for Audit Audit of our records and
accounts are accomplished at regular intervals by this agency The rates
which are utilized in the computation of this proposal are the same as
those utilized by the contractor for all proposals for similiar work of this
magnitude and within the intended performance period.
Bidder represents that the estimated percentage of subcontracting contem-
plated on this program is 1%.
