1. Talked with Wil over phone this A.M. He has held off visiting
until the contract for the Electronic Rectifier Mod. is negotiated. This will 25X1A
take several weeks, during which time he will be here for a week for additional
orientation, probably week of 22 or 29 April.
2. Believe we should see copy of intended agreement with - 25X1A
Will request same if you desire.
