No. 14 The Award Fee Clause of the subject contract provides for adjustment of the final fee based upon the sponsor's evaluation of performance. Therefore, we would like to take this opportunity to prove e, for your guidance, the followin information which represents pertinent factors in any 25X1A determination of performance. 25X1A hundreds of hours of voluntary overtime in their performance under this task which were not charged to -the program. Much of this was specifically applicable and all of it was distinctly related. The results of these programs were presented to Center personnel as a briefing. 3. The program was completed within the estimated costs and all of the deliverable items were delivered on schedule. 4. The primary product produced is well within the constraints placed on costs, personnel and facilities and will serve -the needs of the Center in accordance with established performance criteria. The program concept will allow for eventual implementation of an operational system at approximately a third of the maximum acceptable annual costs with only approximately half the maximum number of personnel. The age of information will be not more than half that which is permissablc. We believe that the form and organization of the information furnished is particularly outstanding.
