The Award Fee Clause of the subject contract provides for adjustment of
the final fee based upon the sponsor's evaluation of performance.
Therefore, we would like to take this opportunity to prove e, for your
guidance, the followin information which represents pertinent factors in any

applicable and all of it was distinctly related. The results of these programs
were presented to Center personnel as a briefing.

deliverable items were delivered on schedule.

on costs, personnel and facilities and will serve -the needs of the Center in
accordance with established performance criteria. The program concept will
allow for eventual implementation of an operational system at approximately
a third of the maximum acceptable annual costs with only approximately half
the maximum number of personnel. The age of information will be not more
than half that which is permissablc. We believe that the form and organization
of the information furnished is particularly outstanding.
