is pleased to submit this pro-
modifications which are the result of the Center critique and
which are. not a part of the current Contract Statement of Work.
Included are the. following modifications:
Y.' Perform the work to modify the IIS System Design as
presented in the prepublication issue of the report
"NPIC II, System Requirements" (Part 1, Volumes'.l
.and 2) to:
(a). Provide an IIS real-time program which will,
operate as one: of three real-time programs
under RUM.
(b) Reflect additional consideration of software
reliability.
Revise the textual and graphical material.of the pre-.
publication issue of the report "NPIC IIS,,,System
'Requirements" to:
(a) 'Incorporate the results of A.l.(a) and (b).
(b) Incorporate other substantive and editorial
changes (excluding analysis or re-design)?in",
accordance with the Center critiqque

B. Development of Software macro - level Flow Diagrams
1. Perform the work to develop Macro-level flow diagrams
supplemental to software general performance speci-
fications. Specifically, the level of detail in these
diagrams will encompass graphical representation of
major decision points; entry and exit points to the
IIS real-time program; and file, table and control,
interfaces.
2. The delivery date for this material to be established
as November 1, 1967.
We propose to perform the above-listed tasks as a cost plus award 'fee
addendum to Task Order 17 for a total estimated cost and fee of-
