1. Attached for our review and personal attention is a
memorandum from concerning the. next phase of. the -
contract. Although I have been briefed on this program only
recently, I am impressed with its scope and potential. This
program is expensive and important and we are obligated to take
direct action to keep these study tasks under continuing review
and evaluation.
2. The development of an Integrated Information System is
futuristic in design and thinking and will almost certainly lead
to changes in existing tasks, systems and procedures. In making
your review, I expect all of you to be imaginative, forward-.
thinking and objective in your comments. It is essential that
