MEMORANDUM FOR THE RECORD
SUBJECT: Permanent Splice for Editing Table
Discussed the desirability of making an editing table that
would join the film with a permanent splice rather than the tape
method as originally conceived in the development objectives
dated 11 September 1964. stated that he did not
want his personnel to have the responsibility of making the perma-
nent splice so we agreed to continue with th objectives as written.
