additional effort for Task Order #10 of Contract these
additional work statements are a result of discu sions held
with your representatives on 21 and 27 April in hic as
asked to address itself to multiple task proble at
their cost:
The principal problem involved the Fiber Optic Viewer
Digitization work. To this -replied with its proposal P-115.
The remainder of the work discussed was considered appropriate
to our present T and M arrangement on Task Order #10. It is,
therefore, submitted with this letter as work st tements. The
following is a brief breakdown of the two work s atements and
two units which remain unavailable.

1. Fabricate two control panels as follows:
a. ide eight (8) preset/reset and zero eset switches
for the ?ounters.
b. A master power on/off switch with power ~n indicator.
c. Connectors on the rear of control panel o carry preset/
reset and zero reset functions to_counters.
d. Provide convenience outlets on rear of c ntrol panel, one
to be unswitched for continuous operation of the synchronizer.
e. Provide a 15 foot power cable, capable o handling a 20 amp
load, to run from the control panel to a wall rec ptacle.
f. Functions of all front panel controls wi 1 be marked by a
permanent type label or engraving.
2. Delivery of these panels will be 45 days upon receipt of
your order.

Fiber Optic Viewer and associated equipment.
Following fabrication and installation o equipment
in Phase I of this proposal the complete system w'11 be checked
out to insure proper operation of the following:
a. Correct signals from encoders to counters.
b. Counters
c. ynchronizer
d. Control Panel
e. and Punch Coupler
f. and Punch
forced air cooling.
