This development involves a totally new approach...pushing the "state
ofi-the-art", because of the unusually short delivery time and the high
priority of the item, it appeared prudent to undertake a parallel
development with two highly qualified contractors as back up insurance
(ward obtaining a successful device within a reasonable time. Both
device, claimed tha as currently overloaded with ZDA I{1
