Synopsis of Negotiation Information Valuable and, Pertinent to Understanding
of Case:
All overhead rates, G&A and material handling charges have been
ahalyzed by XCAD and found to be in accordance with current
audited rates. The number of direct labor hours and the Bi11 of
Material were analyzed by the negotiator and the techn!cal office
and appear to be reasonably accurate estimates. for the work to be
performed. Fixed fee was negotiated at 7% based---on the original
Contract, although Contractor is now receiving 9-l ,.for similar w:--'
