The following is a list of subjects discussed
oncerning their Variable Ratio Anamorphic Eyepieces Contract

1. expects to deliver the eyepieces by the 15 Nov. 1964
which is the target date of the CPIF contract.
2. They will provide drawings (preliminary included) of the
final prototype.
3. We have agreed to provide a 5X eyepiece and oblique
imagery for their use in this development.

1i. They have agreed to provide a carrying case for the eyepieces.
5. I iill send as soon as possible an up-to-date work state-
ment because we have no written confirmation concerning their present
objectives.

6. The present objectives that is presently finalizing 25X1
appear to be very satisfactory. The present capabilities of the
'Zoom 70 will not be altered by the addition of the e pieces.
Because of the folding of the optical train, thel eyepieces 25X1
will not be as long 25X1
