1. As a result of the recent effort to make the

the costs required to make the necessary modifications to the compara-
tors. Attached is the correspondence in which they
outline the scope of work proposed and the cost estimates. Included
also in this correspondence are additional maintenance considerations
be acted upon separately by TDS/EPS.

The work is considered necessary in order to insure reliable opera-
