25X1 Enclosed herewith is proposal quotation for
the 552 MDRI product improvement which gives an Automatic Comparator-
Mensuration ca ability to the 552 unit. The firm fixed price of this
25X change is Since the changes on the 552 machine are covered
by a price redeterminable clause the following effects occur in relation
to the contract price.
Redeterminable price adjustment
5-12% adjustment
Fixed Price Adjustment
These figures may be applied to the present contract figures to
arrive at new totals in the appropriate place in the contract. This change
proposal is valid. for 30 days from this date in order to avoid an adverse
effect on a scheduled program which would in turn effect the contractual
delivery schedule and estimated costs.
