This negotiated contract is entered into pursuant to Statutory Authority and any required determination and
findings have been made.
THIS CONTRACT is entered into as of 30

(SCHEDULE)
.SCOPE OF WORK:
The Contractor shall perform a design study program covering design
development for an ADVANCED TILT TOP LIGHT TABLE, an ADVANCED FILM-
VIEWING LIGHT TABLE WITH A_TRANSLATING MICROSCOPE CARRIAGE and an
ADVANCED FILM-VIEWING LIGHT TABLE WITH TRANSLATING MICROSCOPE CARRIAGE
AND HIGH-INTENSITY TRACKING LIGHT SOURCES in accordance with the
Contractor's Proposal dated 23 April 1964,
and price quotation Al-El-Cl, dated 23 April 1964) which are incorporated
herein by reference and made a part of this Contract;
DELIVERABLE ITEMS :
1. Final Report, to include conceptual design drawings.
PRICE:
The full price for performance of this Contract
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE:
The work to be performed under this Contract shall be accomplished
during the period of 30 November 1964 to 30 January 1965.
NON-PUBLICITY.
It is a specific condition of this agreement that the Contractor
shall not use or allow to be used any aspect of this agreement for
publicity or advertisement purposes. The Contractor may request a
waiver of the foregoing but shall not deviate therefrom unless so
authorized in writing by the Contracting Officer.
