SUBJECT: Meeting of the Ima e Enhancement Working Group, 17 - 18

2. The major purpose of the business portion of the meeting had
been to receive guidance on the purpose and goals of the working group
from the parent committee on ground photography. However, since the
parent committee did not have a representative or envoy at this meeting,
its guidance, of course, was not forthcoming. The Working Group on
Image Enhancement appears to be existing `'`in limbo" with no particular
charter for the future. The members have had no contact with the parent
committee for months and nobody present at this meeting was certain if
the arent co tee was even still in existence. It was recommended
