Subjects Proposals for Dual-Viewing Microste
1. In response to the referenced request for proposal, =Is leased to sube ATI NTL
herewith proposals for a Dual-Viewing Werostereoscope. technical STATINTL
approach for the performance of this prospective program is delineated In the
Technical Proposal, Enclosure I hereto.
2. is submitting two proposals for your review. The original, Section 2
of Enclosure 1, has been prepared on a CPFF basis. This CPff bid, which is
responsive to the requirements of the referenced request for proposal in all respects,

the particular characteristics of another viewing microstereoscope which fulfills
many of your basic requirements and can be procured on a Fixed Price basis In the

ment. In the event, however, your office determines that some form of incentive

2.0 and 2.1 and are based upon the Conditions defined In Enclosure 3.
