Our understanding of the enclosed document is that it establishes "final" over-
head rates for our fiscal year ending December 31 , 1967? We don't believe that
action is appropriate at this time.
in accordance with my letters of 30 January 1967 and 13 March 1967 the overhead
and G&A rates were approved by the resident DCAA auditor for calendar year 1.967
for interim billing purposes.
it is requested that the contract be amended pursuant to Article One (1),
Paragraph (e) to incorporate therein the following revised interim billing
