1. Reference "a" is thel proposal
to design, fabricate, test and evaluate, an automatic device to
refine the data and to reduce the labor required in the evaluation
of image quality in photographic images. Reference "b" is
estimate for the cost of Phase I of this project. The first
phase would have proceeded only through the breadboard and final
report stages and was estimated to cost over I No cost
estimate has been received for Phase II. The second phase would
have been for the fabrication of the device.
2. Reference "c" is the recommendation by the Chief, EDLB/P&DS,
that no further action be taken on this proposal for six months.
