SUBJECT: Equipment Installation
TASK/PROBLEM
1. Install and check out the following equipment at the customer's
facility:
a. Roller Transport Processor (12-Inch), (RT-12).
b. Roller Transport Processor (24-Inch), (RT-24).

DISCUSSION
2. The RT-12 processor was received at the customer's facility on
9 August 65. The machine was installed and mechanically checked out under
the supervision of the contractor's engineers during the period 9 August
to 23 August.
3. Chemical check out was started on 23 August and proceeded satis-
factorily during the following two weeks.
4. Standard negative processing cycles were established for
Film Types 3400, 3401, and 3404 original materials and for

Type 8430 duplicating material.
5. Reversal processing cycles, using white light reversal. flash were
established for original material Types 3400, 3401 and 3404 and for dupli-
cating material Type 8430.

6. A reversal processing cycle using a fogging second developer was
demonstrated but not recommended.
7. The RT-24 processor was received at the customer's facility on
27 August 65.
8. Complete installation and check out of the RT-24 processor.
