4. ACTION TAKEN: The Study Program Objectives for PAR #212 as
described in reference a have been reviewed. These
objectives are evaluated to be satisfactory with the
exception of the fact that the entire program must
be exploitation oriented. Discussion with the con-
tractor to effect this change in concept has been
arranged.
