Gentlemen:
In response to your verbal request, we are pleased to submit our fixed price
quotation for one (1) unit of the above equipment, complete except for the
azoom microscope.
The unit shown on the above drawing utilizes the basic frame assembly from
a standard Model GFL-940MC Light Table, modified to permit Installation of
the special cross carriage and light source for the Dynazoom microscope.
Two separate light sources will be provided with one 5:1 ratio dimming
control to provide diffuse "cold" light at each side of the microscope area.
The clear plate-glass top spans the microscope viewing area. Two nylon
brushes pivoted from the carriage frame provide for flattening the film in
the viewing area. The table is equipped with our regular Type T-2-5 dual
reel buckets, and solid and rollers with plastic jackets to protect the
firm from scrnt.ching.
The microscope carriage is provided with "Y" travel only on a ball-bearing
carriage with adjustable drag. Connected to the carriage is a c-frame
support for the special light source required in conjunction with the micro-
scope. The microscope strnd is a modified Dynazoon stand to satisfy the
fine focus requirements. Film clearance of at east 3/6" will be provided
under the carriage.
