2. According to the contract, specific requirements for wort
under the contract will be levied by means of Technical .Directives.
These will be issued by the Government'stechnical representative We
in this case) but must be within the prescribed scope of Mork. To
date 'the following Technical Directives have been issued.

This TD, which was issued shortly after the contract
was signed, implemented the systems design study. It is
rather broad 'in nature and is the only TI) Issued for this

This TI) was the first of two issued simultaneously
at the beginning of the contract to initiate work on the
presentation of space layout plans.
