estimated cost of this contract would be exceeded.
During the additional time availabl we have reviewed the technical
and cost status in considerable det,il and have summe,-ized this matter

We believe that it will be of mutual advantage if thi:; matter can be
reviewed and resolved at an early d!te. All work has now stopped on
