Is DIA's interest primarily as an administrative holding agency for the space and records or the individual so assigned? 3. When policy problems affecting DIA or DoD arise in the Director's mum, EPIC, is the Deputy Director supLesed to reflect his own views, with no particular home base mind? Or should he reflect what he relieves the DIA view to be? 4. Is he free to contact various DIA and DoD offices on problems as he considers appropriate? Or is he limited to one office? If so, what is the arum? 5. Does any one office in DIA have a responsibility for keeping him current and providing him with DMA views on problems affecting EPIC? 6. Is he authorised to see DIA and VA working papers on matters affecting, or of interest to, MCI 7.
