SUBJECT: Coverage of Highest Priority Targets in Cuba
I- The attached table outlines the BRASS KNOB coverage of Cuba
during 20-28 December 19620 The targets listed are those which the
COMOR has accepted as being of primary intelligence interest at the
present time, The total COMOR target list for Cuba currently includes
157 items, all of which are covered and reported on periodically according
to readout priorities developed by the COMOR and the NPIC.
2. All of the targets on the attached listing were adequately covered
during the reporting period, and all but four (Banes Cruise Missile Site,
Santa Clara A/ F, Holguin Al F, and Manic aragua Staging Area) were
covered with good photography during the missions of 27-28 December.
On the basis of this coverage, together with collateral material and a
telephonic description from the NPIC of 2 missions flown on 29 December,
BLUE MOON missions are not considered justified according to the
criteria established in USIB-D-41. 5/41l.
