entered into as of 5 April 1968.

3. The following clause shall be incorporated into the
contract schedule;
STABILIZATION OF PRIOI i MTS, WAGES. MP SALARIES
(1971 OCTOBER):
(a) By Executive Order 11615, dated August 15,
1971, the President stabilized prices, rents, wages,
and salaries. The contractor represents that to the
best of his kx sledge and belief be is in complete
compliance with Executive Order 11615, as superseded
by Executive Order 11627, dated October 15, 3971,
Further, the contractor warrants that the amounts
invoiced under this contract will not exceed the lower
of (1) the contract price, or (2) the maximum
levels in accordance with the order.
(b) The contractor agrees to insert the auh
stance of this clause, including this paragraph (b),
in all subcontracts for supplies or services issued
under this contract.
All other terms and conditions, as ssended, shall rtmai
as previously stipulated.
