SUPPORTING OR RELATED CONTRACTS (Agency & Other)/COORDINATION This program is related to the Precise Measurement Study. Extensive coordination has been accomplished within the Agency, the intelligence community through COMIREX, ERDL Fort Belvoir, Rome Air Development Command, and the National Bureau of Standards. 18. DESCRIPTION OF INTELLIGENCE REQUIREMENT AND DETAILED TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT (Continue on addi- tional page if required) All available comparators are based on cartographic requirements. They are not capable of adequate performance on the volume and quality of photography now being exploited for intelligence purposes. This comparator is the first whose features are commensurate with the latest generations of collection systems. Its magnification range, distortion correction, film capacity, and computer-driven optical adjustments will greatly extend the photo analyst's capability. 19.
