in acceptance testing instruments in the last few years and have probably
established standard (or preferred) procedures and instruments to test
various systems. It would help expedite the HPSC program if ESD will pro-
vide this information to the Contractor for insertion in the appropriate
parts of the acceptance test plan or procedure.
4. IEG/PBD has completed their review of the preliminary test plan
and submitted their comments to the technical monitor. It is requested
that ESD make an effort to complete their review of the subject document
as a test plan and return their comments to the technical monitor prior to
15 July 1970. It is further requested that ESD provide the ESD standard
