SUBJECT: Site Preparations for the( (Comparator
The attached memorandum describes the historical development
of the change in cost for site preparations. I would like to note
that the Project Monitor was also included in the visits. The two
trip reports described the problems at the time. The first trip
was 17 April 1967; the second trip was November 1967; and the
third trip, 13 May 1968. These trips were specifically designed
to plan for the on-site preparations.
