16 June 1969 to monitor the progress of the optical for the
High Precision Stereo Comparator. reports that the fabrication
of the individual o tical and mechanical parts for the optical system has
been completed by I ha started to fashion these individual
parts into subassemblies an PERT chart indicates that they are
maintaining their fabrication schedule.

to us states: "There is one fundamental problem with the
existing PERT chart in that there is no slack time. Any delays
