MEMORANDUM FOR: Chief, Special Contracting , Procurement Branch
SUBJECT : Request for Proposals
if Attached are copies of a Development Objective titled
"Subjective Image Quality Assessment Study" and a list of po-
tential contractors.
2. It is requested that proposals be solicited from these
contractors in response to the Development Objective, and that
the proposals be submitted prior to 30 January 1971.
3. The title of the project is to be UNCLASSIFIED. The
work will be classified SECRET. The contractor will need TOP
SECRET for access to certain information. Agency association
is classified SECRET.

on project 50064 and is avaiinviv to answer any further questions.
