Reference is made to subject Contract entered into 12 April 1972
and your letter of 3 Noverber 1972.
It is a utually agreed to extend the period of performance by
approximately one month without additional funding. Therefore, the
period of performance now reads 12 April 1972 through 1S December 1972.
All other terms and conditions of subject Contract, as amended,
remain unchanged by this Amendment.
