1. oa A/1 1EDP has reviewed your letter of 6 Oct 1971. We have
determined that to exchange the existing 20 foot power" cord and
reel asee bly for 20 feet of heavier duty wire, to be hi g on the
side of the elevating stand, is not acceptable. The specification
states that a retractable, loc;.:able paver cord be supplied and it
is our. desire that this be done.

2. We believe that a larger, more powerful reel assembly, which
will handle the heavier wire, is required. It is not the intent
of the specification to allow the full length of the power cord
to be extended in order to facilitate cooling of the wire. It
is intended that the user have the capability to retrieve as much
